Surgeries of Convenience

This spring Massachusetts banned devocalization in animals unless medically necessary.   If you’re on this blog then you will immediately intuitively know that this is a good thing.  Isn’t it a little bit bizarre to contrast the massive need for medical care in Haiti for instance with elective cosmetic surgeries of convenience on animals in our country?  Just saying.
